Former trainees work for us as master craftsmen and department heads.

GENERAL

We like to invest in young, highly motivated young people and attach great importance to a high quality of training. Of our current 100 employees, 13 have already completed their training with us. Of these, 6 are employed as foremen/heads of department, 2 as engineers and 5 as skilled workers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The training to become an industrial mechanic takes 3.5 years in the dual system, after 1.5 years the final exam part 1 takes place. From our point of view, nothing stands in the way of a reduction in the apprenticeship period.

The  Bertha Benz Vocational School in Sigmaringen is attended once or twice a week.

Each of the trainees learns exclusively on our state-of-the-art machines and enjoys excellent support from qualified trainers right from the start.

OVERVIEW

You will receive your training in each of our departments – so you will become a multi-talent:

• Machining
• Surface treatment
• Laser welding and marking
• Assembly
• Quality control
• Cleaning, labelling and packaging

Extras

• At the end of the training you will produce your own small series in an edition of 20 instruments.
• After the training, you can work in the department that appeals to you the most

Integration

We always find together

At the beginning of each training year, we organize a trainee excursion to get to know each other. During your training period, we will also take you to trade fairs and events.

PROJECTS

We involve you in internal projects, such as automation of production processes, implementation of new technologies, CNC programming.
