We have specialized in manufacturing surgical instruments for minimally invasive surgery since 1970.
We meet the highest standards and cover the entire chain of production, including cleaning/passivation, labelling and packaging. We assist our customers all the way from the technical development phase to serial production.

Machining: turning and milling on modern, fully automated CNC centers.
Surface Treatment: vibratory finishing, sandblasting (automated and freehand)
Vacuum Hardening: hardening and hardness testing
Assembly: qualified employees assemble complex instruments
Laser processing: laser welding and labelling according to customer specifications
Inspection and quality control: experienced employees use state-ofthe- art technology to check and ensure quality of all products
Cleaning and passivation: according to customer and material requirements
Packaging: we deliver the products completely labelled and packed – ready for use by the customer
Air-conditioned production and offices.
Complete air exchange in the building possible within 30 minutes.
Our company-wide documentation is based on the current requirements of ISO 13485:2016, the requirements of the American Food & Drug Administration (FDA) 21 CFR Part 820 and the guidelines of MDR 2017/745.
